From function spaces, overlooking the excitement of beach of Poipu the Sheraton Kauai Resort offers an array of locations for your meetings and events. We offer over 9,000 square feet of space indoors.  Enjoy views from your meetings spaces while our dedicated and knowledgeable staff caters to every detail of your meetings and events.

Providing you and your guests in the heart of Waikiki, our facilities include:

  • Hotel ballroom space: over 9,000 square feet
  • 13,000 square feet of outdoor meeting space, overlooks shores of Poipu beach 
  • Indoor facilities include the 5,900 square foot Poipu Ballroom, the adjacent open-air foyer, and the newly opened 2,200 square foot Koloa Junior Ballroom and adjoining terrace. Both ballrooms are divisible into three separate rooms.

Our executive chef will work closely with you to design a menu that fits your needs. All food options will be assembled and prepared with your guests in mind.  The Sheraton Kauai Resort is happy to customize your menu, guaranteeing that your function will be sucessful.  We are able to accommodate all dietary requests.  From American to Pacific to Asian, we promise to have food options that will delight any taste.

The Wedding Budget Planner will allow you to select all aspects of your wedding, down to the type of cake you want! You will also be able to view prices and descriptions as well as photos and virtual tours. The Wedding Budget Planner allows you to complete a Request for Proposal (RFP) that will be sent to our on-site wedding planner.
